Referral Scheme

Refer. Reward. Repeat.

Know a business that could benefit from Gemini?

A lot of our new business comes through recommendations from existing customers, and we're always grateful when someone puts us in touch with a business that could benefit from what we do.

Refer a business. Earn £100.

Know a company that needs print, direct mail, fulfilment, merchandise, Web2Print or other print services? Introduce them to Gemini Print Solutions and you could earn a £100 gift card or £100 account credit when they place a qualifying order.

If your referral places a qualifying order of £500 or more with Gemini Print Solutions, excluding VAT, postage and delivery, you'll receive £100.

There's no limit to how many businesses you can refer, so the more genuine introductions you make, the more you can earn.

It's simple. You make the introduction. They get the print they need. You get £100.

Introduce an organisation to Gemini Print Solutions and, if it qualifies as a new customer and places a qualifying order of £500 or more, excluding VAT, postage and delivery, you'll be eligible for a £100 reward.

You can choose between a £100 gift card or £100 account credit, subject to the programme's terms. There is no limit to the number of different organisations you can refer.

You can refer businesses, companies, charities, government bodies and other eligible organisations anywhere in the UK, including organisations you work with, professional contacts, or another company you own or work for.

The referred organisation must be new to Gemini and place a qualifying first order. Gemini generally determines new-customer status by whether the organisation has previously placed an order or been invoiced by Gemini, although we retain discretion to consider individual circumstances.

A previous enquiry, quotation or limited contact with Gemini does not automatically prevent a referral from qualifying. However, if Gemini is already actively pursuing the organisation as a prospect, the referral may not qualify.

A qualifying order must be £500 or more, excluding VAT, postage and delivery, after any applicable discounts.

It must be a genuine order from a new Gemini customer. Eligible orders can include Gemini's print and related services.

A customer can generate one reward only, even if they place multiple orders or several people refer them. If an order is cancelled, refunded, substantially reduced or remains unpaid, Gemini may determine that the referral no longer qualifies.

For full eligibility requirements, please see our Referral Programme Terms & Conditions.

A referral remains valid for 12 months from the date it is made.

Once the referred customer has placed a qualifying order and its eligibility has been confirmed, we'll contact the successful referrer within 20 working days to arrange their reward. You'll then have 20 working days to respond and provide any information needed to issue it.

You can choose between:

£100 gift card

We'll arrange a suitable gift card, taking your preferences into consideration. Gift cards are normally valid for approximately 12 months, subject to the provider's terms and conditions.

£100 account credit

This can be used against one future Gemini order of £500 or more, excluding VAT, postage and delivery, within 12 months of the credit being issued. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person or organisation.

Account credit stays with the organisation's account to which it was issued. If you leave that organisation, any unused credit remains with that organisation and cannot be transferred to your new employer.

Only one reward can be issued for each new customer.

If more than one person claims to have made the referral, we'll consider the timing and evidence available and may contact the referred organisation to confirm who made the introduction.

Gemini will determine which referral qualifies in these circumstances.

If you've earned a gift card, it belongs to you personally, even if you leave the organisation where you made the original referral.

If you've chosen account credit, it remains with the organisation's account to which it was issued and cannot move with you to a new employer.

However, if you move to a new organisation and introduce it to Gemini, you may earn a separate reward if the new organisation qualifies as a genuine new customer and places a qualifying order.

You can choose between a gift card and account credit for that new referral, regardless of the reward you chose previously. Gemini reserves the right to determine whether the new referral genuinely qualifies.

The referral must be a genuine introduction. Gemini reserves the right to reject referrals or withhold rewards where it reasonably believes the programme has been misused, including through duplicate referrals, deliberately structured orders or misleading information.

Gemini also retains discretion to determine whether a referral qualifies, including where the referrer and referred organisation are connected to the same business or businesses.

The programme has no fixed end date, but Gemini may amend, suspend or end it. Qualifying referrals made before the programme ends will continue to be considered under the applicable terms, provided the other requirements are met.

Please read the full Referral Programme Terms & Conditions for all eligibility requirements and rules.

Effective from: 1 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Gemini Print Solutions Customer Referral Programme (the “Referral Programme”).

The Referral Programme is operated by Fleet Luxury Print Solutions Ltd trading as Gemini Print Solutions (“Gemini”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By making a referral under the Referral Programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. The Referral Programme

Existing customers and other eligible referrers can introduce businesses, companies, government bodies, public-sector organisations, charities, educational institutions, associations or other organisations or entities to Gemini that may benefit from our print, direct mail, fulfilment, merchandise, Web2Print or related services.

For the purposes of this Referral Programme, the referred customer must be an organisation or entity acting for business, commercial, governmental, charitable, educational or other organisational purposes. The Referral Programme does not apply to individuals purchasing or intending to purchase goods or services primarily for personal, domestic or household purposes.

Where a referral results in a qualifying new customer placing a Qualifying Order, the referrer will be eligible to receive a reward, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

The reward can be provided either as:

  • A gift card of up to £100, depending on the value of the Qualifying Order and Gemini's assessment where the reduced reward rule applies.

  • Account credit of up to £100 to use against a future qualifying order, depending on the value of the Qualifying Order and Gemini's assessment where the reduced reward rule applies.

A full reward of £100 applies to orders of £500 or more, excluding VAT, postage and delivery. Orders within 5% below the £500 minimum may be considered for a reduced reward, as explained in Section 4.

2. Who can make a referral?

The Referral Programme is not restricted to existing Gemini customers. Anyone may make a referral, provided the referral complies with these Terms & Conditions.

There is no limit on the number of different New Customers that a referrer may introduce.

However, only one reward can be issued for each New Customer, regardless of how many individuals refer that customer or how many Qualifying Orders that customer subsequently places.

3. Who can be referred?

A referral may only be made for a business, company, partnership, sole trader, government body, public-sector organisation, charity, educational institution, association or other organisation or entity located in the UK.

For the purposes of this Referral Programme, the referred customer must be acting in a business, commercial, governmental, charitable, educational or other organisational capacity.

The Referral Programme does not apply to individuals purchasing or intending to purchase goods or services primarily for personal, domestic or household purposes.

For example, orders for business cards or business leaflets may qualify, whereas personal wedding invitations or books made for personal use will not qualify.

The referred organisation or entity must be a New Customer.

For the purposes of this Referral Programme, a New Customer is generally an organisation or entity that has not previously placed an order with Gemini or been invoiced by Gemini.

A different invoice address alone does not make an existing customer a New Customer. Gemini will consider whether the referral relates to a genuine new business relationship or account.

A separate department within an existing organisation may qualify as a New Customer if it is set up as a genuinely new account and invoiced separately. For example, a new department at the University of X may qualify if it is set up and invoiced as a separate account.

However, Gemini retains discretion to determine whether a referred organisation or entity, department or account qualifies as a New Customer.

A previous enquiry, quotation or limited preliminary contact with Gemini will not necessarily prevent a referral from qualifying where Gemini considers that the referral made a genuine contribution to the organisation or entity subsequently placing its first order.

Where Gemini is already actively engaged in a substantive sales process with the referred organisation or entity, the referral will generally not qualify.

Gemini's decision as to whether an organisation or entity qualifies for the Referral Programme will be final.

4. What is a Qualifying Order?

A Qualifying Order is an order placed by a New Customer which:

  • Has a value of £500 or more, excluding VAT, postage and delivery, for a full reward.

  • Is a genuine order for Gemini's products or services.

  • Has been accepted by Gemini.

  • Is not subsequently cancelled or refunded.

The £500 threshold is calculated on the net value of the order after any applicable discounts and excluding VAT, postage and delivery.

Orders below £500 but within 5% of the qualifying order value may be considered for a reduced reward. This means orders with a net value of at least £475 but less than £500 may be considered.

Where Gemini decides that an order within this range qualifies, the reward may be reduced in proportion to how far the order falls below £500.

For example, if the order is worth £480, it is 4% below the £500 threshold. Gemini may therefore issue a reduced reward of £96 instead of £100.

Gemini is not required to issue a reward for an order below £500, even if the order falls within 5% of the qualifying order value. Gemini will make the final decision on whether the order qualifies and the value of any reward.

A Qualifying Order can include Gemini's range of products and services, subject to Gemini's acceptance of the order.

Where an order is legitimately invoiced across multiple invoices for administrative, operational or other reasonable purposes, Gemini may treat those invoices as one order when calculating whether the qualifying order value has been met.

For example, if a New Customer orders leaflets and business cards but needs the items invoiced separately, Gemini may combine the values of both invoices when assessing eligibility.

Orders must not be deliberately split or structured for the purpose of creating multiple qualifying referrals or rewards.

Gemini reserves the right to determine whether an order meets the requirements of a Qualifying Order.

5. How to make a referral

There are two simple ways to make a referral:

  1. Ask the organisation or entity you are referring to mention your name when they contact Gemini.

  2. Introduce the organisation or entity to Gemini by email and copy Gemini into the introduction.

The referral should identify the referrer clearly enough for Gemini to determine who made the referral.

If an organisation or entity is referred by more than one person, Gemini may contact the referred organisation or entity to establish who made the relevant introduction.

Where multiple people claim the same referral, Gemini may consider the date and time of each referral, the information provided and any confirmation received from the referred organisation or entity when determining which referral, if any, qualifies.

Gemini's decision will be final.

6. Referral period

A referral will remain eligible for 12 months from the date the referral is made.

The referred customer must place their Qualifying Order within this 12-month period.

There is no requirement for the referred customer to place their order within a particular number of days or weeks after the initial introduction, provided the Qualifying Order is placed within the 12-month referral period.

If the referred customer places their first order after the 12-month referral period has ended, the referral will not qualify for a gift card or account credit.

7. Previous contact with Gemini

A referral may qualify even where the referred customer has previously had limited or preliminary contact with Gemini.

For example, a previous enquiry or initial conversation will not automatically disqualify a referral.

If Gemini has only sent cold emails and received no response, or the company has only given a general response without progressing towards an order, the referral may still qualify if the company subsequently contacts Gemini because of the referral.

However, where Gemini was already actively pursuing the customer as a prospective customer before the referral, Gemini may determine that the referral does not qualify.

Gemini will consider the circumstances of each case and whether the referral made a genuine contribution to the New Customer placing their first order.

Gemini's decision will be final.

8. Multiple referrals for the same customer

Only one reward can be issued in relation to each New Customer organisation or entity.

If more than one person refers the same New Customer organisation or entity, Gemini will determine which referral, if any, qualifies.

Gemini may use the date and time of the referral, the nature of the introduction and information provided by the New Customer organisation or entity when making this determination.

Where necessary, Gemini may contact the New Customer organisation or entity to verify the referral.

Gemini's decision will be final.

9. The reward

Once a New Customer has placed a Qualifying Order, Gemini will contact the successful referrer to confirm their preferred reward.

The referrer may choose between a gift card and account credit, subject to the reward value determined by Gemini.

Gift card

Gemini will arrange a suitable gift card, taking the referrer's preferences into reasonable consideration.

The specific gift card or retailer will be determined by Gemini and may depend on availability and the options offered by the relevant gift card provider.

For example, if the referrer requests a Tesco gift card but Gemini cannot find a suitable option that includes Tesco, Gemini may issue a general gift card that allows the recipient to choose from multiple retailers instead.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards are normally valid for approximately 12 months, although the actual expiry date and any additional conditions will be determined by the relevant gift card provider.

Once issued, Gemini is not responsible for lost or expired gift cards. The recipient must contact the relevant gift card provider directly for assistance with a lost or expired card.

A gift card reward belongs to the individual who earned it. If that individual leaves their organisation, the gift card remains theirs and does not transfer to their former employer.

Account credit

Alternatively, the referrer may choose account credit.

The account credit:

  • Can only be used against one future order.

  • Can only be used where that future order has a value of at least £500, excluding VAT, postage and delivery.

  • Must be used against a qualifying order placed within 12 months of the account credit being issued.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Cannot be transferred to another person or organisation.

  • Cannot be carried over across multiple orders.

Account credit will be issued to the relevant organisation's account and remains with that organisation. It does not belong personally to the referrer and cannot be transferred to the referrer or a new employer if the referrer leaves the organisation.

For example, if Jane Doe earns account credit through a referral made while working for XYZ Ltd, the credit remains with XYZ Ltd if Jane later leaves and joins POI Ltd. Jane cannot take the credit with her, transfer it to POI Ltd or convert it into a gift card.

Account credit that has not been used within the 12-month period will expire.

Account credit may be used alongside other promotions or discounts where Gemini permits this.

Changes to contact details and employment

The referrer is responsible for notifying Gemini of any changes to their contact details, including their email address, telephone number or other information needed to contact them about a reward.

A reward belongs to the individual who earned it where the reward is a gift card. If the referrer leaves their organisation, an earned gift card remains theirs and does not automatically transfer to their former employer.

Where a reward has been earned but not yet issued, and the referrer has left their organisation, Gemini may arrange for the reward to be issued as a gift card rather than account credit, at its discretion.

Where the referrer has already chosen account credit, that credit remains with the organisation's account to which it was issued. It cannot be transferred to the referrer's new employer or converted into a gift card.

10. Reward timing

Once a New Customer's order has been invoiced and confirmed as qualifying under these Terms & Conditions, Gemini will have 20 working days to contact the successful referrer.

The referrer will then have 20 working days from the date Gemini makes contact to respond and provide the information required to issue the chosen reward.

If the referrer does not respond within this period, Gemini may contact them again or decide not to issue the reward.

The referrer is responsible for providing accurate information and responding within the stated deadline so that Gemini can arrange the reward.

Where other qualifying requirements have not been met, Gemini may delay confirming eligibility until these requirements have been satisfied.

11. Cancellations, refunds and non-payment

If a Qualifying Order is cancelled, refunded, substantially reduced or remains unpaid, Gemini may determine that the order no longer qualifies for the Referral Programme.

If a reward has already been issued and the underlying Qualifying Order is subsequently cancelled or refunded, Gemini reserves the right to withdraw the reward or, where appropriate, recover the value of the reward.

Gemini may consider exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

12. Referral abuse and invalid referrals

Gemini reserves the right to reject a referral or withhold a reward where it reasonably believes that the Referral Programme has been misused or abused.

This may include:

  • Providing false or misleading information.

  • Submitting duplicate referrals.

  • Deliberately splitting or structuring orders to obtain additional rewards.

  • Attempting to obtain more than one reward for the same New Customer.

  • Creating arrangements primarily for the purpose of obtaining a reward rather than making a genuine referral.

  • Attempting to qualify an existing customer by changing invoice details or making other administrative changes without establishing a genuine new business relationship.

  • Any other activity that Gemini reasonably considers to be contrary to the purpose of the Referral Programme.

Gemini may also refuse a referral where it considers that the referral does not represent a genuine introduction or did not materially contribute to the acquisition of the New Customer.

Gemini's decision will be final.

13. No maximum number of rewards

There is no maximum number of rewards that a referrer can earn.

However, each New Customer can generate one reward only.

For example, if a referrer introduces five different New Customers and all five subsequently place Qualifying Orders, the referrer may be eligible for five separate rewards.

14. Changes to the Referral Programme

Gemini reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Referral Programme at any time.

Where possible, Gemini will provide reasonable notice of significant changes or withdrawal.

Referrals made before the Referral Programme is amended or withdrawn will continue to be considered under the Terms & Conditions that applied when the referral was made, provided that all other eligibility requirements are met.

In particular, a qualifying referral made before the programme ends may still result in a reward where the relevant New Customer subsequently places their Qualifying Order within the applicable 12-month referral period.

Gemini reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to these Terms & Conditions where necessary to reflect changes to the Referral Programme or to prevent abuse.

15. Further referrals through a new employer and Gemini's discretion

If a referrer moves to a new organisation and introduces that organisation to Gemini, they may qualify for a separate reward if the new organisation places a Qualifying Order and meets all the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

The new organisation must qualify as a genuine New Customer under Section 3. A change of employer, a different invoice address or an administrative change alone does not make an organisation a New Customer.

The referrer may choose between a gift card and account credit for each separate qualifying referral, subject to these Terms & Conditions. The reward choice made for an earlier referral does not restrict the choice available for a later referral.

For example, if Jane Doe earns a gift card for referring LMN while working at XYZ Ltd, and later joins POI Ltd and introduces POI to Gemini, Jane may earn a second gift card if POI places a Qualifying Order and the referral meets these Terms & Conditions.

Alternatively, Jane may choose account credit for the referral through POI. Any account credit earned through the original referral would remain with XYZ Ltd, while the new account credit would be issued to POI Ltd. If Jane chose a gift card for the first referral and account credit for the second, she would retain the first gift card personally while the second reward would remain tied to POI Ltd's account.

Gemini reserves the right to determine:

  • Whether a business, government body, charity or other organisation or entity is a New Customer.

  • Whether a separate department or account qualifies as a New Customer.

  • Whether a referral represents a genuine introduction.

  • Whether previous contact with Gemini was sufficiently limited for the referral to qualify.

  • Whether an order is a Qualifying Order.

  • Whether an order below £500 qualifies for a reduced reward and the value of that reward.

  • Which referrer should receive a reward where multiple referrals are claimed.

  • Whether a referral or order has been made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

  • Whether an arrangement involving a referrer's new employer represents a genuine new business opportunity rather than an attempt to obtain an additional reward.

  • Whether exceptional circumstances justify an alternative arrangement.

Gemini will exercise this discretion reasonably and in accordance with the purpose of the Referral Programme. Its decision on eligibility will be final.

16. Liability

Gemini will not be responsible for any loss, delay or failure arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including delays or failures caused by third-party gift card providers.

Gemini's liability in connection with the Referral Programme will be subject to any rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

17. Data protection

Personal information provided as part of a referral will be handled in accordance with Gemini's applicable privacy and data protection practices.

By making a referral, you should ensure that you have a lawful basis to provide any personal information belonging to the person you are referring.

Where you introduce someone to Gemini by email, copying the relevant person into the introduction is recommended.

18. Promotion period

The Referral Programme begins on 1 October 2026.

There is currently no fixed end date.

Gemini reserves the right to end or amend the Referral Programme in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

19. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with the Referral Programme will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
