Gemini has in place a range of policy documents that outline the rules, guidelines and regulations that all of our employees and the company follow; these are detailed below.

Gemini Print are certified to ISO 9001 and consistently strive to provide the very best quality to ensure clients are satisfied with the products and services we deliver.The management systems and processes meet the requirements of ISO 9001, by;

  • Ensuring that all staff are aware of Gemini Print Policies and responsibilities, and are trained and competent.
  • Maintaining plant, facilities and processes to provide optimum reliability to manufacture consistent products and achieve specifications.
  • Delivering goods on time, as per agreed client requirements.
  • Promptly rectifying any complaints or negative feedback, ensuring quality control processes including learning & development to improve processes or coaching as relevant are all implemented.
  • Meeting relevant legislated requirements.

Gemini Print monitor, progress and communicate business objectives regularly, that are revised in line with our current published policies, supporting the work to minimise risk and identify opportunities to continuously improve both our processes and products, for the benefit of our clients.

Although Gemini Print does not conduct formal Social Accountability audits on our supply chain, we are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking do not occur in any part of our business or supply chain.

We can confirm that we do not, and will not, manufacture or use sub-contract manufacturing in any of the ‘Highest Risk’ countries as identified by SAAS (Social Accountability Accreditation Services). We maintain oversight of our suppliers and partners to uphold ethical standards and comply with all relevant legal requirements.

Gemini Print is committed to conducting business with honesty, integrity, and fairness. We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, and we expect all employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners to act ethically in every aspect of their work.

Our approach includes:

  • Compliance with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, including the UK Bribery Act 2010.
  • Prohibiting the offering, giving, requesting, or receiving of any bribe, payment, or undue advantage, including facilitation payments.
  • Clear rules on business gifts and hospitality to ensure they are appropriate, transparent, and not intended to influence business decisions.
  • Providing secure channels for reporting any suspected bribery or unethical conduct, and protecting anyone who raises concerns in good faith.
  • Monitoring and reviewing our policies and practices regularly, and providing training to staff to ensure compliance.

We require all associated persons and business partners to uphold these standards and include appropriate anti-bribery clauses in contracts to ensure compliance. Breaches of this policy will lead to disciplinary action or termination of contracts where applicable.

Gemini Print is committed to protecting the environment and reducing the impact of our operations. We comply with all relevant environmental legislation and continually work to improve resource efficiency, reduce waste, and prevent pollution across our printing, finishing, and fulfilment activities.

Through responsible sourcing, FSC® chain of custody certification, vegetable-based inks, and ongoing monitoring of our environmental objectives, we aim to operate sustainably while delivering high-quality products and services.

Gemini Print Solutions operates its own fully tracked, low-emission Euro 6 vehicle fleet to minimise environmental impact. To support efficiency and reduce emissions, we use branded fuels (Shell, Esso and BP), which provide improved engine performance, reliability, and miles per gallon compared to non-branded alternatives.

We comply with relevant UK health and safety legislation and actively maintain safe working conditions, equipment, and practices. Prevention, ongoing monitoring, and staff training are key to ensuring continual improvement in health and safety management.

Gemini Print Solutions will do all that is reasonably practicable to prevent fires and comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. In the event of a fire, saving lives is the priority, and all staff are trained to follow clear evacuation procedures.

Gemini Print Solutions is committed to responsible corporate behaviour that protects and promotes human rights, basic freedoms and ethical conduct throughout its operations and supply chain. We uphold high standards of integrity, reject all forms of bribery and corruption, and expect all employees and partners to act ethically in every aspect of their work.

Gemini Print Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to ensuring that all personal data we collect, store, or process is handled in strict compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. In the course of providing our services, we may engage third-party service providers (“Data Processors”) to process personal data on our behalf. Any such engagement is governed by a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which sets out the scope, purpose, duration, and lawful basis for processing, as well as the technical and organisational measures required to protect personal data.

Data Processors and any approved sub-processors are contractually required to: process personal data only on our instructions; maintain confidentiality; implement appropriate security measures (including encryption, access controls, and secure storage); assist with data subject rights requests; and return or securely delete all personal data once processing is complete. Transfers of personal data outside the UK or European Economic Area are strictly controlled and may only occur with prior written authorisation and appropriate safeguards.

All personal data collected, stored, or processed by Gemini Print Solutions is handled in line with these policies, and any agreements with Data Processors are subject to these terms. This ensures compliance, accountability, and protection for our customers, employees, and business partners at all times.
