All of these finishing touches are done by hand in our HQ in Shoreham-by-Sea and showcase Gemini’s speed, care and attention to detail to ensure our client’s final prints are perfect. Alison then inspects the prints, to make sure she’s happy with the overall quality, following Gemini’s guidelines.
Collating an Order
Some of the jobs that we can carry out at our Shoreham-by-Sea site are perfect binding, PUR binding, saddle stitching, folding, spot UV, foil blocking, die-cutting, lamination, embossing, debossing, collation & insertion, cutting, drilling, perforation, radius cornering, scoring, creasing & slitting, loop stitching, thread sewing, hand finishing, sequential numbering, duplexing, eyeleting, gilding & colour edging.
Work Completed
The hand finishing department also deals with our mailings. From initial consultation through to delivery, the highly experienced Gemini Print team will always present you with the most cost-effective and results-driven solutions using direct mail fulfilment (transactional & advertising), door drops, leaflet distribution, order on-demand, and postage services.
Once the finishing has been completed, your final print job will be allocated to either the overnight trollies or trollies for our Gemini Print drivers to collect the following morning, ready for your delivery that day.
